In this article the peculiarities of the Insurance Intermediaries Liability is analyzed according to international proactive and the relevant jurisdiction.

Moreover, recommendation is made on how the Greek Insurance Supervisory Authority should better control the application of the mandatory Policies applied by all Insurance Intermediaries in Greece.
